Anything with lots of sugar, fat, sodium, or that is processed is a no no!
Try to stick to as much fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole-grains as possible. Also, avoid any foods with ingredients that you can’t pronounce, like chemicals. Your body simply doesn’t need them, and you’ll gain more nutrients with natural foods. Being healthy isn’t that complicated. By sticking to the basics and either avoiding, or enjoying in moderation, the “wrong” types of food, you’ll be on track to a the healthy lifestyle you want and deserve.
