45 Minute Full-Body Workout Blast

I absolutely love this workout. I’m pretty adamant about the idea of getting your heart rate pumping at the beginning of a workout to burn maximum calories. Anytime that you can find a full, awesome YouTube full-body workout video, it’s worth a shot to give it a try. It certainly beats spending money on videos that promise more than they produce.

This full-body workout is a killer, and she warns that you need to have a bottle of water handy, but really that’s just common sense. You need to replenish the sweat you lose, and whether you do that with water or Gatorade, it’s important to hydrate as much as possible.

I love that Christine Salus does the entire workout with you. You can even play your own music in the background while you work out because she doesn’t add in her own, which I always think of as a bonus because the music in workout videos is usually terrible!

Her full-body workout only requires kettlebells and dumbbells. You can choose whatever weight you want, but be sure and move up once you’ve become comfortable with a weight. It’s all about pushing yourself to your maximum potential.
