Getting the ripped arms that ladies love doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, it can be done using just one bar and however much weight you’re comfortable with. If you’re new to the bodybuilding game, the point is to wear your muscles out, so start out using weights you’re comfortable with and keep adding them until you are wearing yourself out!

This video obviously appeals to the males out there, but ladies shouldn’t shy away from lifting heavy. You won’t get scary huge muscles like men can without taking some sort of steroid. Lifting weights will just propel you to a leaner, more toned appearance, and it’s nice that you don’t have to do as much cardio!
